From Tarmac to Tee Box

One phone call. One person. Every detail from landing to departure handled before you pack your bag. Here is how a Scottsdale Luxury Golf trip comes together.

Four Steps. Zero Stress.

01

Book

Tell us your dates, group size, and what kind of trip you want. Marcus builds a custom itinerary with courses, house, transport, and dining. You approve it or we adjust.

02

Arrive

Your driver meets you at Phoenix Sky Harbor. The house is already stocked: fridge full, beds made, A/C on, towels folded. Drop your bags and settle in.

03

Play

Every morning, your driver takes you to the course. Tee times are locked in. After the round, head back to the house or straight to dinner. No logistics, no GPS, no arguments about who drives.

04

Leave

Your driver takes you to the airport whenever you say. Bags loaded, house cleaned, nothing left to settle. You walk off the trip the same way you walked in: not thinking about a thing.

What Marcus Handles

Between your first call and your arrival, we build the entire trip. You do not research courses, compare hotels, or coordinate with anyone other than one person.

  • Course selection based on your skill level and preferences
  • Property assignment and pre-arrival stocking
  • Custom itinerary with tee times, dinner reservations, and timing
  • Driver scheduling for your entire trip
  • Add-on coordination: golf host, private chef, cigars
  • Weather contingency planning and backup courses

A Typical Day

Frequently Asked

How far in advance do I need to book?
Peak season (January through April) books out 4-8 weeks ahead. Off-season dates are more flexible. Three weeks is the comfortable minimum for a custom trip.
What if our flight is delayed?
Your driver tracks your flight. If it is late, so are they. No charge for waiting. We adjust dinner reservations and tee times as needed.
Can we change courses during the trip?
Yes. If the weather shifts, if you want something different, or if your golf host recommends an adjustment based on how the group is playing, we swap courses same-day when availability allows.
What does the driver actually do?
Everything that involves a vehicle. Airport pickup and drop-off. Course transport morning and afternoon. Dinner runs. Old Town nightlife. Grocery stops. They are on call for your group the entire trip.
Is there someone we can text during the trip?
Marcus is available by phone, text, or WhatsApp throughout your trip. Most things are handled before you land, but if you need something mid-trip, you reach a person, not a call center.
What happens if it rains?
Rain in Scottsdale is rare but not impossible. We have backup courses under cover and can shift tee times to avoid weather. If a round gets canceled, we rebook or adjust the itinerary.
