Booking & Pricing

How much does a Scottsdale golf trip cost?
Packages start at $700/person for The Getaway (3 nights, 3 rounds) and go up to $2,200/person for The Scottsdale Experience (4-5 nights, dedicated driver, golf host, steakhouse, cigars). Price includes lodging, transport, and tee times.
How do I book?
Start with our trip planner form. Tell us your dates, group size, and preferences. Marcus will follow up within 24 hours with a custom itinerary and quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, bank transfer, or Venmo. We require a 50% deposit to confirm your dates, with the balance due 7 days before arrival.
What's your cancellation policy?
Full refund 14+ days out. 50% refund within 14 days. If something unexpected comes up, reach out -- we'll work with you.
Are prices per person or per group?
Per person. The per-person rate stays the same regardless of group size, though larger groups can negotiate custom pricing.

Packages & What's Included

What's the difference between the three packages?
The Getaway covers the essentials: house, transport, tee times. The Full Send adds a private driver, stocked fridge, and dinner reservations. The Scottsdale Experience adds a dedicated vehicle, golf host on every round, steakhouse dinner, and cigars.
Can I mix and match elements from different tiers?
Yes. The tiers are frameworks, not walls. Want The Getaway with a private chef? Done. The Full Send with an extra round? No problem.
Do you offer corporate packages?
We build custom corporate packages with meeting-friendly spaces, catering options, and group activities. Contact us for a corporate quote.
Are green fees included?
Yes. Every package includes green fees. No surprise costs at the course.
Are there hidden fees or surprise costs?
No resort fees, no parking charges, no shuttle surcharges. The price we quote covers lodging, transport, and green fees. The only extras are add-ons you choose: private chef, golf host, cigar package, extra rounds. We send a line-item breakdown before you pay anything.

Properties & Accommodations

Are these Airbnb rentals?
No. We own every property. They're maintained by our team, stocked before you arrive, and cleaned daily during your stay. These aren't listings -- they're part of the operation.
How many people can you accommodate?
The Estate sleeps 8-10, Columbus House sleeps 6, and The Retreat sleeps 4. For groups larger than 10, we combine properties.
Are the houses close to the courses?
All properties are in Scottsdale, within 20-30 minutes of every partner course. Your driver handles the commute -- you never touch a GPS.

Courses & Golf

Which courses can I play?
TPC Scottsdale, Troon North, We-Ko-Pa, Grayhawk, Quintero, Talking Stick, and more. We have tee time relationships with 15+ courses and will match your skill level and preferences.
Can I bring my own clubs?
Absolutely. If you'd rather travel light, we arrange premium rentals (Callaway, TaylorMade, Titleist) at any partner course.
What if I've never played before?
Our golf host is a patient teacher. We'll pair beginners with forgiving courses and proper instruction. You'll finish the trip hitting the ball.
Can we play 36 holes in one day?
Yes. We book morning and afternoon rounds at different courses so you get variety. Afternoon rounds are often at twilight rates, which saves money. October through March, daylight limits the second round to about 14-15 holes after 2 PM, so we schedule accordingly.
What's the dress code at Scottsdale golf courses?
Collared shirts and golf shorts or pants at every course we book. No denim, no athletic shorts, no metal spikes. Most courses enforce this at check-in. If someone in your group needs gear, we can arrange it before your first round.
My partner doesn't golf. Can they still come?
Absolutely. Non-golfers can ride along in the cart at most courses for a small fee. Back at the house, there's the pool, hot tub, and patio. We also set up spa days, hiking trips to Camelback or Tom's Thumb, or Old Town Scottsdale shopping itineraries for non-golfers.

Travel & Logistics

Do you pick up from the airport?
Every package includes pickup and drop-off at Phoenix Sky Harbor International. You land, we're there.
Do I need a rental car?
No. That's the entire point. Every package includes course transport. The Full Send and above include a private driver for everything -- golf, dinner, nightlife.
What about international travelers?
We host groups from the UK, Scandinavia, and across Europe regularly. WhatsApp works best for international communication. We handle everything from landing to departure.
What should I pack?
Golf clothes, casual evening wear, sunscreen. October through April: a light jacket for mornings. May through September: extra water and a hat. We supply everything else.
What's the nightlife like after a round?
Old Town Scottsdale is one of the best nightlife districts in the Southwest. We book steakhouse reservations at places like Mastro's, Steak 44, and Dominick's. For groups that want to go out after dinner, the Entertainment District has lounges, rooftop bars, and clubs within walking distance of each other. Your driver handles the ride so nobody worries about getting back.

Weather & Course Conditions

What happens if it rains during our trip?
Rain in Scottsdale is rare -- the area averages about 8 inches per year. If a round does get rained out, we reschedule to another course or time slot at no extra charge. Desert courses drain fast, so even after a morning shower you're usually playing by midday.
What is overseeding and will it affect my trip?
Arizona courses overseed between late September and mid-November, planting winter grass over the dormant Bermuda. During the 2-3 week process, courses temporarily close or play on shorter layouts. We track every partner course's overseeding schedule and route your trip around it so you never show up to a closed course.
Can I golf in Scottsdale during summer?
Yes, but it's hot. June through August temperatures hit 105-115 degrees. Courses offer early morning tee times starting at 5:30 AM and twilight rounds after 3 PM at steep discounts -- often 40-60 percent off peak rates. We schedule summer trips for dawn rounds with a pool afternoon, which is how locals do it.
How is Scottsdale different from Myrtle Beach or Palm Springs for a golf trip?
Scottsdale has 200+ courses within 45 minutes, more than any metro in the country. The desert layouts are unlike anything on the East Coast -- mountain backdrops, saguaro-lined fairways, elevation changes. Unlike Myrtle Beach, there's a real city with dining and nightlife. Unlike Palm Springs, it's a direct flight from most US airports and the course variety runs from municipal to top-100 caliber.
