Booking and Payment

A 50% deposit is required to confirm your dates. The remaining balance is due 7 days before your arrival date. We accept credit card, bank transfer, and Venmo.

Cancellation Policy

Full refund for cancellations made 14 or more days before your arrival date. 50% refund for cancellations within 14 days of arrival. No-shows are non-refundable. We will work with you on rescheduling if circumstances arise.

Property Rules

Our properties are private residences. Guests are expected to treat them with care. Smoking is permitted outdoors only. Excessive damage beyond normal wear will be charged to the guest. Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 7 AM out of respect for neighbors.

Liability

Scottsdale Luxury Golf arranges golf, transportation, and lodging services. We are not liable for injuries sustained on golf courses, in vehicles, or at properties. Guests participate in all activities at their own risk. We recommend travel insurance for all bookings.

Weather and Course Closures

In the event of course closures due to weather, we will arrange alternative tee times or courses at no additional charge. Refunds are not issued for weather-related delays, but we will make every effort to ensure your trip is not affected.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
