Scottsdale Golf Trip for 8, 10 or 12 Golfers: Group and Corporate Planning (2026)
Which house fits, what it costs per person, how the tee times get booked, and how a corporate retreat runs end to end.
Updated October 22, 2026 · By Marcus Pickett
Quick Answer
A group of 8 to 12 fits in one private house (The Estate sleeps 8-10, The Resort sleeps 12) and groups of 16 or more split across several homes kept close together. Per person, starting prices run $795 to $3,495 depending on tier and season. Two or three foursomes get consecutive tee times, booked three months ahead.
Which House Fits Your Group Size
Group size decides the house before it decides anything else. A golf trip for 8 golfers, a golf trip for 10, and a golf trip for 12 are three different bookings on our end, not one package stretched to fit. Here is how our five flagship residences map to a group of 4 through 14, and what happens once a group goes past that.
Neighborhood matters as much as bedroom count. Old Town houses put the group walking distance from restaurants and nightlife after the round. North Scottsdale and Kierland trade that walkability for more backyard space (pools, putting greens, sport courts) and quicker access to the courses in that part of the Valley. Tell us which matters more to your group and we point you at the right house.
| Group Size | House | Neighborhood | Bedrooms |
|---|---|---|---|
| 4-6 | The Retreat | Old Town Scottsdale | 4 |
| 6-8 | Columbus House | Old Town Scottsdale | 4 |
| 8-10 | The Estate | North Scottsdale | 4 |
| 12 | The Resort | Kierland, Scottsdale | 6 |
| 14 | The Compound | North Scottsdale | 6 |
| 16+ | Several homes, one neighborhood | Old Town or North Scottsdale | 24+ across homes |
Past 14 guests, one house runs out of room. We combine 2 or more private homes in the same neighborhood so the group still eats together, drives together, and never feels split up, with 24 or more separate bedrooms so nobody shares.

Pricing is per person and does not change with group size. The group total in parentheses is simple math: per-person price times headcount.
| Golfers | The Getaway (Summer) | The Getaway (Peak) | The Full Send (Summer) | The Full Send (Peak) | The Experience (Summer) | The Experience (Peak) |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| 8 | $795 ($6,360) | $1,895 ($15,160) | $1,295 ($10,360) | $2,495 ($19,960) | $1,995 ($15,960) | $3,495 ($27,960) |
| 10 | $795 ($7,950) | $1,895 ($18,950) | $1,295 ($12,950) | $2,495 ($24,950) | $1,995 ($19,950) | $3,495 ($34,950) |
| 12 | $795 ($9,540) | $1,895 ($22,740) | $1,295 ($15,540) | $2,495 ($29,940) | $1,995 ($23,940) | $3,495 ($41,940) |
These are starting prices, before flights and add-ons. Final quote depends on dates, house, courses and upgrades. Summer runs June through October; peak runs November through May.
Tee Times for Two or Three Foursomes
Eight golfers play as two foursomes. Twelve golfers play as three. Ten usually splits into two foursomes plus a twosome, or three staggered times depending on the tee sheet that day. Either way, we book the group's times back to back at the same course so everyone starts close together and finishes close together, instead of one foursome waiting an hour for the next to make the turn.
Mixed handicaps are normal in a group this size. We pair foursomes by pace and skill where we can, not just by who showed up to the group chat first, so a 6-handicap and a 20-handicap both have a fun round instead of a slow one.
Consecutive tee times for 2 or 3 foursomes get booked roughly three months ahead of arrival, and the tightest tee sheets fill first in peak season. One coordinator matters here: with 8 to 12 names, confirmed flights, and a tee sheet that will not hold slots forever, having one person (us) chasing the course instead of a group text thread is the difference between a locked schedule and a trip that starts with an apology to the starter.
This is the part most DIY group golf trips get wrong. Booking a single tee time online is simple. Booking 2 or 3 consecutive times for the same morning, at the same course, for a golf trip for 8, 10 or 12 people, usually means calling the pro shop directly rather than trusting an online booking engine to hold adjacent slots. That is the coordination work a concierge trip removes from your plate.
Getting 12 People Around Scottsdale
Our fleet runs from a single black-car Yukon for a foursome up to Sprinter vans and executive coaches for groups of 6 to 30. A group of 12 rides together in one vehicle, as one party, on one schedule: airport pickup, every round, every dinner.
Airport transfers and scheduled golf transportation are included from The Full Send up. The Scottsdale Experience adds a dedicated vehicle and driver assigned to your group for the entire trip, so there is no second car to arrange and no handoff between drivers.
What this replaces: a rental-car convoy of 2 or 3 vehicles trying to find parking at the same course, and whoever has the least to drink staying sober enough to drive everyone home after dinner. With a driver on the clock, nobody has to be the designated anything after the round.
It also solves the smaller problem nobody plans for: 8 to 12 golf bags do not fit in 2 sedans. A Sprinter van has room for the clubs, the coolers, and the extra layers everyone packs for an early tee time, so the group is not repacking a trunk at 6 AM.
Corporate Golf Trips and Retreats in Scottsdale
A corporate retreat usually runs on the same shape every day: morning meeting or working session at the house, afternoon round, steakhouse dinner. The house doubles as a boardroom with a pool attached, so there is no separate meeting-room rental and no commute between the two.
A typical 2-day version looks like this: the team flies in and settles into the house the first evening, day two opens with a working session over breakfast, three foursomes play in the afternoon, and the group reconvenes for a steakhouse dinner that night. Flights home the following morning. The same shape stretches to 3 or 4 days for a longer retreat with a second round added.
What a company gets: one invoice instead of a dozen expense reports, one point of contact for the whole trip, a house that works as both lodging and meeting space, and a dedicated vehicle so the group moves as a unit between the office talk and the golf. The Scottsdale Experience is the tier built for this: a premium residence, a dedicated driver, a golf host, and a steakhouse dinner already lined up.
Peak season (November through May) is also when most corporate calendars want to travel, so book three months ahead and earlier still if your dates land on a major event week. Non-golfers are common on these trips: they use the house, the pool, and nearby Old Town Scottsdale or Kierland Commons while the group plays.
To get a quote, send us your dates, headcount, a rough budget per person, and whether any non-golfers are coming. We build the itinerary and the invoice from there.

Sample 4-Night Itinerary for 12
Modeled on The Full Send (4 nights, 3 rounds), adjusted for three foursomes moving together on one schedule.
Touch Down, All 12
Airport transfer meets the group at Sky Harbor. The house is stocked before you arrive. Decompress by the pool, casual dinner, and confirm tomorrow's three tee times.
First Round, Three Foursomes
Scheduled transport runs all three foursomes to the course on consecutive tee times. Back to the house for a stocked fridge and a steakhouse reservation that night.
Second Round, Mixed Pairings
A second course, new pairings across the three foursomes so everyone plays with someone different. Evening free for Old Town or a quiet night at the house.
Final Round
Last 18 for the group, then a final dinner in Old Town Scottsdale before the transfer back to Sky Harbor.
Group Golf Trip Checklist
Ten items cover the gap between a group that books itself and a group that calls us. Work through them in roughly this order, whether you are planning a golf trip for 8, a golf trip for 12, or a corporate retreat.
- Lock the headcount. The house and the tee times get booked to a number, roughly three months ahead.
- Collect the deposit. A deposit reserves the dates, the house, and the tee times; the balance is due before arrival.
- Gather handicaps. Lets us pair foursomes by pace and skill instead of guessing.
- Decide on club shipping. The Full Send and up include done-for-you club shipping both ways, so nobody checks a travel bag.
- Flag dietary needs. Steakhouse dinners and the stocked fridge both get built around the group's restrictions.
- Plan the arrival spread. If flights land at different times, airport transfers on The Full Send and up handle staggered pickups.
- Confirm non-golfer plans. House, pool, or a trip into Old Town Scottsdale or Kierland Commons while the group plays.
- Name one point of contact. One organizer talking to us keeps 8 to 12 people from getting 8 to 12 versions of the plan.
- Pick your add-ons early. Golf host, private chef, cigar package, and extra rounds all book faster with lead time.
- Reconfirm final numbers. Do it before the balance is due, not the week of the trip.
